Goal kicks happen when the attacking team kicks the ball out of bounds past the opponents goal line
A foul is called when a player kicks, trips, jumps at, charges, pushes or strikes an opponent and the ref blows his/her whistle and calls for a free kick.
A direct free kick is where a player can shoot the ball directly in the net. In general, a direct kick comes from a contact foul or hand ball. Everything else is indirect. An indirect free kick has to touch another player before it goes in
Penalty Kicks happen when there is a foul or hand ball in the goal box. The ball is placed on the penalty spot and a player can shoot without any other players in the goal box. The goalie can’t move until the ball is kicked
At the end of each half, extra time is added on for the injuries, goals, and subs made during the game, most of the time, there is 3-6 minutes added on.
